Talent Acquisition Recruiter

"I am currently on contract as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. I have served 3 months and my contract is up in a few months. I am remote 4 days a week and I travel to the site one day a week. I request info via phone and email daily to coordinate interviews and qualified candidates to hiring managers. This takes up to weeks some times months to get a time to fill ratio down. I only have control over so much in the company. There is no room for growth in the company."

Save Mart Supermarkets Employee

"I've worked for the company for 5 years now and 2 of the years in the corporate environment. The company is not a progressive or even forward thinking company. They are all about saving face and using scape goats to get what they want. The workers don't respect management and management doesn't allow for any growth or progress."
