"Switch to an hourly pay scale, so that technicians don't try to rush through their jobs to move onto the next, sometimes leaving the customer unsatisfied with the work of others."

"If you need to desperately put food on the table or you have no one to go home to at night then this is a maybe. Other than that, search your options."
What don't you like about working at Star West Satellite?
"The pay was terrible. I wasn't able to use my talents. Hours were awful and traveled too much."

"I enjoyed meeting new people every day and performing the job I am good at."

"Never knowing if there was going to be work to provide for my family, helping start the company then being shut out when my firstborn arrived."

"Stop firing techs who try to keep the customers happy because Dish Network techs are not allowed to go on roof if there is ice and snow. DirecTV doesn't care about that. They will leave it up to the tech to decide if it's safe for him or not."
