"SASCO is a great company to work for."
"I cant speak of all departments but the pre-construction dept is like a concentration camp. You can only endure so much before you just get fed up by the bigotry and boys club atmosphere. It is headed up by the most soul-less and and emotionally devoid human being I have ever encountered. He is a manic depressant who is always full of positivity (NOT). He will suck the life out of any room he enters and leave it in a depressing state. You can't help but pity him, it is almost like he is serving 3 life sentences and he is being forced to be there."

"The ibew union pay rate and nothing else about this rat style company."

"Predatory work enviroment , unrealistic work rate scheduling completion time,sasco will wip you to death.No aesthetic value in their finished work.electricans are constantly hurried , harrieds and rushed"

"Some serious spanking needs to go down, these guys think they are above everyone else in the world."

"It pays well. It has a open schedule and work hours."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Its a great job if you didn't go to college and you don't mind working in a hostile environment. This is great for some people, but you will be doing the same thing in 20 years that you will be doing on the first day."
What don't you like about working at SASCO?
"We exist soley based on our legacy relationships. We're unable to compete with other companies without resorting to shady dealings. We're stuck in the 1950's work mentality."

"Enhance communications through out the organization. Make the company more about the results and less about keeping up with traditional work methods."
