"Sapper Consulting is a fast-paced startup with a lot of heart. Most employees at Sapper would say they stay for the company, and I'd have to agree! Though Sapper has exponentially grown in the last few years, the result has been an inability to deliver for current clients. The churn rate is high, and it's hard to be a part of a team that struggles to deliver. Though my team delivers great results quarter over quarter, we're often redirected to set our priorities aside to assist all the other struggling teams - which seems like a punishment."
