"Work life balance was hopeless. It can be improved if the employee is given at least one training session on new technologies rather than the employee having to search everything by himself/herself on the job."

"Improve work life balance of people and get managers who respect work of the employees (not considering 20 hours of work per day as a minimum expectation from employees)."
