"absolutely nothing. management has no clue and couldn't care less about you growing professionally. you are a slave to them, they work you, bleed you dry, then drop you when you are no longer valuable."

"best advice work somewhere else. they had an guy working for less than the minimum his job was supposed to pay and even after a year they wouldn't give him a raise to the MINIMUM salary. how cheap is that."

"if you are less than management, you are garbage. there is little chance for growth and unless you know people, you can forget about promotions or even raises."

"quit and let good people run it for a change. your employees aren't slaves, they don't owe you and they aren't there doing time, so stop treating them like that."
