"Implementation was large. I was involved in upgrade related analysis, Profile conversion from old R/3 version to new version of R/3 4.7, Roles comparision, User comparison and resolve user issues logged into Remedy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I suggest interviewees should be well prepared and be patient to go through their long and secure procedures before they meet the interviewer."

What don't you like about working at Pratt & Whitney?

"There was nothing significant that I didn't like. I remember a contractor who was working for four years at the same position had to quit for no offer of promotion or permanent position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should be flexible and open to offer better opportunity if someone deserves."
