"I liked the flexible scheduling around my classes, and I liked working with friendly people, also I had the opportunity to talk to customers."

"Follow up: show them that you would really like the job. Keep asking for the hiring manager, then when you get the interview, just be honest."

What don't you like about working at Santa Monica College?

"I did not like the fact that there numerous bosses that oversaw us. I also did not like the fact that there was no real way to grow out of your position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestion for management would be to allow a path of growth to get from a student employee to a temp position"
