2.8I would find a way to become a profit company and not a non-profit. I would update all computer systems, and put employees in customer service training every six months. I would also make a comfortable break room with couches and a TV for the enjoyment of the employees. I would also get a contract with local gyms for company discounts and have the Christmas parties catered with significant others included. I would also start a giving back program where all employees would have to perform the same amount of their weekly work hours to the community / charity of their choice within one year.
2.6Not an appropriate culture fit. There is nothing technically wrong with the organization, just not the right fit for me. I have nothing bad to say about this company as they gave me an opportunity, but it hasn't been a good match.
