"Not an appropriate culture fit. There is nothing technically wrong with the organization, just not the right fit for me. I have nothing bad to say about this company as they gave me an opportunity, but it hasn't been a good match."

What do you like about working at Sansum Clinic?

"The pay is very competitive, the location is beautiful, and I like my co-workers and bosses."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do extensive research on the company and speak candidly with a current employee at all sites to fully get a feel of what the work environment will really be like."

What don't you like about working at Sansum Clinic?

"I do not like the department I work in. I hate my work because it's boring and monotonous. I don't like the rigid way my top supervisor is. I don't like how old the building is, and how very important issues between employees and issues with the surroundings i.e. building conditions, plumbing, elevators seem to go on without any solutions being offered. Not enough room for growth within departments."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would find a way to become a profit company and not a non-profit. I would update all computer systems, and put employees in customer service training every six months. I would also make a comfortable break room with couches and a TV for the enjoyment of the employees. I would also get a contract with local gyms for company discounts and have the Christmas parties catered with significant others included. I would also start a giving back program where all employees would have to perform the same amount of their weekly work hours to the community / charity of their choice within one year."
