"Sanmina is a Contract Manufacturer. Thus it is very customer driven. I tried to do a very good job there. I worked on some very interesting products. I learned much about precise timing circuits where values can only be expressed using Scientific Notation. Timing devices using Quartz and Rubidium were the norm."

They are not open to introducing more efficient and productive practices within their organization in order to achieve better results. "Assign the proper jobs to proper people and never do everything yourself."

"Location, Opportunity, Financial growth, Distribution of work, Office space, Flexibility and IT support."

"Not enough experiance staff for IT support. Improving the IT support can reduce our stress and increase production."

"Lack of continuity and finish what you start. Management vision lacks in many instances, they just live for the moment."

"Develop a plan and stick to it until completion, improving it as you implement. Know your enemies and their weaknesses and exploit them."
