"I liked working in this company and I did not have any problems ."

"Continue improving with the production equipment. Continue following through with ideas from workers."

What do you like about working at Capital Group?
"I have learned alot about the milk processing and making cheese. I have some very talented and experienced people to work with. Its a great company."

"Be familiar with and QA oriented. These characeristics would suit the position well."
What don't you like about working at Capital Group?
"I didn't realize I would not assimilate to the area. As I have traveled alot this never entered my mind. Also I am being asked to do and be more of a QA person than sanitation with out consideration to the workload I already have. Learning I enjoy, being put into a position to fail I disagree with."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a person with a small young family that can appreciate a very small, family oriented, child friendly community. This type of individual would love it here."

"All positions are difficult because the company is going through some changes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue the education aspect of training for employees, require certification"
What do you like about working at Cliffstar?
"I gained a lot of experience with third party audit processes, the SQF process, and working with other people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I was hired while it was still Cliffstar. It's under Cott control now, so things have changed."
What don't you like about working at Cliffstar?
"Sanitation was only important just before tours and audits. Safety is low on the importance scale if it's going to cost $$$.,"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I'm not sure. We were purchased by Cott Beverages, and I wasn't with them long enough to see what direction they were heading in."
