"Poor management, privilege for those the manager likes more, not who works better. Racism is a reality."

"Benefits/Compensation are not up to the market. Years of experience is weighed over skills, a balance does not exist yet, but improving."

"The communication channel between team members is pretty tight, you cannot actually know what the other person is actually thinking. There might be situations where you think everything is going well but NO, do not believe if something is good. It is always a Too good to be True kind of situation. I have seen directors stepping down and what about normal employees apart from those in management."

"Great employees, but upper management is clueless about how to manage, and seems more focused on revenue than on providing good patient care. Some departments are fiefdoms, with too much power in the hands of a few. Communication within and between departments is poor. Valuable employees are not retained because they are not recognized nor rewarded. Very poor integration of women into upper management."

"Pretty sad place to work. Upper management clueless on most things involving employees, H/R staff unmotivated and of no help. E/D staff are mostly young arrogant would be beauty queens more interested in their I pads and cookie cutter social lives than caring for their patients. Poor pay, almost unusable insurance and unflexible hours and shifts. This place needs to be evaluated by an outside source and staff needs race relations training bad!"

"I have worked here for a while now. The job security and benefits are pretty good. PTO is great. But employees needs are not always met. Supplies and tools are not always available to complete a task in front of us. This makes it a difficult environment to remain in."
