"Get familiar with flash memory devices. Pay attention with SSD development especially in Enterprise & cloud storage usage."
What don't you like about working at SanDisk?
"I have not find any dislike working condition at the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Less management meetings and more engineering meetings on project progress and discuss better solution/ideas. Company should pay more attention to software now a days not just bytes shipped."

"Working on the latest technology and good compensation and benefits."

"No. It depends on the team. In my case, they asked few C questions."
What don't you like about working at SanDisk?
"Communication is poor among teams, particularly with offshore teams. The manager and many team members follow development methods which are nor current. Team members with more years of service have more say than new members."

"Encourage team work inspirit rather than a slogan. Also respect individuals."

"I love to work at SanDisk because of the traditional/culture of its company. The previous CEO was the best of all."

"People working at SanDisk are very friendly, royal, open mind and work very hard for its reputation of a company culture."

"I was looking for a growth/gain more experience and hope to have a chance to growth."

"As a manager he/she should be open to their employees and giving opportunity for employee to learn more skill because it always benefit to the company and gain more reputation to manager."
