Sandals Resorts Employee

"They are going to lure you with the ability to travel but there is absolutely no work-life balance. Your compensation is tied to work every weekend. There are poor leadership and outdated tools that make it hard to get your job done. Everything is micro-managed as there is a very little trust which is apparent in the way you are interrogated weekly. The salary isn't livable which is why working almost everyone weekend is unavoidable if you want to be able to pay your bills."
