As this was Samsung Engineering team effort which was headquartered in Mountain View,US there were lot of challenges while on boarding Samsung India business with regards moving e-commerce traffic from web to mobile. To explain the local business arm the merits of app in conjunction with HQ Korea and cutting through the silos to gather technical requirements for engineering team was most exciting job duty I encountered throughout one year of my tenure."
