"Unfortunately SAMs Walmart is NOT what Sam Walton made, the Upper Mgt at each club needs to be extremely good in order to make the environment good for everyone else, otherwise it just becomes a high turn over shop for all other levels of employment at that particular club."

"The constent micro managing and threating of my job on a daily basis by Club Manager."

"To listen to there associates and for Senior Management it's not always as good as the numbers represent."

"Expectations are not the same for everyone. A LOT of favoritism."

"Seek new employment if you are dis-satisfied. Make your voice heard. Go all the way to the top of the organization QUICKLY, without fear, if you need to."

"Lie on your resume, no one checks. They usually hire the first person who applies."

"Unrealistic work expectations for some while no expectations or standards for others. So long as it gets done they don't care if one person is doing all the work."
