What do you like about working at Samara Pharmacy?

"I liked the professional attitude and the workplace environment that was provided to me. Another thing I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communications that were prevalent between managers and employees. The company also believed in their employees and seemed to really think about my future growth and professional progress"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I believe that my strongest point is that I'm reliable, hard-working, efficient, timely, and responsible."

What don't you like about working at Samara Pharmacy?

"I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward and lacked the necessary feedback which would have helped employees perform at a higher level."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Biggest differentiator for companies, in my opinion, is customer service. How you treat your customers is key to standing out from others - I'd pay more for a product/service when I'm treated well. The ability to be a partner to your clients and do what's best for them (keeping your company in mind of course!) is important in providing good customer service."
