"I’ve been with S.A.M. Singapore Math since 2018 and am grateful to be a part of a company that puts the well-being of their students first. The S.A.M. Singapore Math curriculum is extremely thorough and effectively breaks down each concept for each grade level appropriately so that students are able to independently work on new topics. Because of this, my time at S.A.M. Singapore Math has been exceptional because of how effectively I am able to teach students using the Singapore Math way which translates to happy students and happy parents. My current position does require me to wear many hats which allows me to continuously learn new skills and grow. Management is very understanding of life circumstances and is willing to work with you in order to get requests off, change schedules, work from home, etc. Work environment is extremely positive and co-workers are always encouraging and making sure that everyone is included to maintain a great work place. Although the company continuously strives to improve in every aspect, communication, logistical organization, etc could be improved, but should not turn you away from working at a great company."
