"They're an awesome work place, they provide me with an EZ-pass, trucks are always maintained, anytime I have an issue, dispatch is amazing to me. What I love most is that they have their own chassis, which is a big plus. I don't have to wait for 4 hours at the piers... wouldn't leave this company!"

"Stay away. Sexist, racist, horrible benefits and non existent vacation. Terrible mind games and blatant abuse from the owner. Horrible turnover."

"I worked at Sal son in Newark on 888 Doremus ave for about a month and some change and I can tell you that this place is only good for Spanish or Haitian people mainly because the supervisor is Haitian and the manager is Spanish. The supervisor and manager allow the people of their race to do as they please like if they send someone to help them the will walk off and not come back. They will only pick on the regular black people if that makes any sense. They will literally walk past a trailer where it’s 5 or more Spanish guys just standing around doing nothing and come to a trailer where it’s 2 or 3 regular blacks as I stated before and make one of the black guys leave to do another trailer whole time the Spanish guys standing around watching and the crazy thing about it is they do it to the workers who are actually on their payroll and makes only 11 dollars an hour while the other guys make 12.50 to 13 and are allowed to stand around and actually watch blacks worked like slaves and keep getting sent all around the warehouse. The bathroom for the males are filthy and they allow people to wash up in the drinking fountain while a camera sits right over it which is disgusting. They haven’t done anything to keep the workers safe during this time of Covid. Nobody actually wears masks besides the people that care about others and themselves. That place is ran completely like an institution or jail so much segregation the only people that’s willing to work with anybody are the regular blacks again if it makes sense the Spanish come in looking for their people unless told to work with others but as I stated before they will literally walk off on the people they are told to help and act as if they don’t understand English when told to stay and help. It’s so much bad with this company in Newark I could write a book but my hands are getting tired typing this so I’ll leave it at that. But if you plan on working here make sure you are Spanish or Haitian not to sound racist but ???????"
