"Unethical, micro-managing senior management. ALWAYS playing catch-up with competitors. Ethics committee is run by HR - distinct conflict of interest."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus more on the customer experience. Separate Ethics from Legal. Don't micro-manage your people. Listen to good ideas. Rules should apply to EVERYONE. Not just everyone below director. Be forthcoming in your plans. Look out for your employees."
