"would still be there, but it required me to be away from home 5-6 days a week and @ that time I had 3 young kids and a wife that needed me home more."

"availability to make as much money as you wanted, you just couldnt be affraid to take NO for an answer and you couldn't be affraid to walk in the back doors of any business you came in contact with."

"Nothing. There is no respect for employees, they fail to fulfill promises, they promote from outside not inside, leadership is incompetent at best."

"DON'T INTERVIEW!!!"

"Leadership. There is none."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The Board needs to fire everyone down to the VP/GM level. Then they need to start enforcing their own code of business conduct and get rid of the nepotism, and start evaluating and promoting people based on their merits, not how far up the *** they have their nose."
