"Re/Max is a great company but I am ready for a steady pay and benefits."

"Commission based income can be hard and benefits are not available. Always put money aside for taxes and retirement."
What don't you like about working at RE/MAX?
"Status of being number one in the market as well as working with great people."

"Nothing, I beleive if it's not broke don't fix it."

"I love working with our agents and training them how to use our software too make their lives easier."

"It's a lot of hard work but it may pay off in the future."

"Not knowing when we will receive a paycheck and if we will for this month."

"to let us see all sides of the company to help us understand where the money goes and what type of payments out we make. It would help us to better understand the process."

"If the company was still around, they would want candidates to have stung technical knowledge."
What don't you like about working at PurchasePro?
"The company grew at a rate that exceeded their abilities. They did not fare well during the crash of the .coms and they did not survive."

"No suggestions for management. Purchase Pro is no longer in existence."

"I was a contract trainer and needed more work. I sure they are great to work for full time."

"Pay contracts a little more, and have a little more advance notice."

"I liked my job at the company very much. As a sales trainer, I was able to influence the lives and success of our new hires."

"If your in sales and producing well, your job will be relatively safe. All other positions, bets off."
What don't you like about working at SuperMedia?
"I did not like the constant state of 'flux' and uncertainty there - they are continuously downsizing and cutting head count"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have more compassion for your dedicated employees who have built the company on their sweat and hard work. Cut costs in other ways other then continually letting people go"

"I enjoyed working with the members. They are what made the job fun."

"Do not set up an interview with this company. If you work there, they will use you up and you will either quit, or they will fire you at a later date."
What don't you like about working at Buffalo Athletic Club?
"I did not appreciate being micro managed every minute. Especialy after managing the club in the past and breaking numerous records."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat your employees better. Do not threaten them all the time by telling them they will be fired. Or saying, There is the door, The BAC was here before you and will be after. Or, You will do this or you know where the unemployment line is. This was told to me, who was consistantly top in the company and put 110% effort into my job."
