"I loved being able to train associates that worked for me, and watch the strong ones be able to move up into management. I hated the added pressure to force credit card accounts on everyone and to have to force all those who worked for me to do it even more. Our time would have been better spent helping customers and providing excellent customer service."
"I love the creativity of my job, solving the customers' needs and delighting in their joy when they receive their product. I particularly like negotiating larger contracts with corporate accounts. I do not like the HR and accounting responsibilities of position as I would rather work with the customers."

"The people and enviorment was very comfortable to work. There was little pressure placed on employees on a day to day view. They allowed us to work at our pace as long as we reached all goals and quotas."

"Have a smile and appeal to a relaxed atmosphere and personnel."
What don't you like about working at SEO.com?
"The company did not know how to handle simple issues that would arrize. After losing their only main source for leads the company simple started falling apart instead of purchasing or finding new lead opportunities. Executive management was very slow on all arrising issues."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To never put all your eggs in one basket when dealing with marketing or sales. Always work several options and never settle for one. If one fails the company will still be ok under that model."

"good co workers, good company, laid back, mellow, not too dressy"

"it's really slow, you'll be bored and the people are rude and treat you crappy"

"slow, boring, understimulated, too little pay, repetitive, rude customers, annoying co worker"

"I enjoy the fact that, our company is still a new company and I am a part of a up and coming fashion company. To be working for a living breathing fashion designer. It feels empowering to sell his vision."

"I love my job, I just feel it is time for me to start working on my carrer and leave the retail aspect of fashion."

"Some suggestions for the Management team would be to continue recruiting , because Michael Kors is a huge fashion icon and is continuing to open more stores."

"The management made some HUGE errors which destroyed the company and resulted in my being laid-off."

"The sometimes women were viewed as to be one position. Although my work was great and made the company money there was a difference in the work environment."
