"The pay at Darryl Scotti Events (DSE) is decent for the work we do but has changed several times over the course of the companies life. I started getting paid per event, between $175-$225 starting out. When I became an event manager I made $350 an event. We then switched over to an hourly pay scale and with overtime, employees could make between $20 -$25 an hour. After I became Senior Event manager and Sales Manager I started receiving an annual salary of $55,000 a year. For the amount of work I do along with the hours I work, I felt that more compensation would help ease the lack of overtime pay. The benefits and perks of the jump did help to ease that thought though."
