"That I am control of my daily activities and they give me the opportunity to control my profitability for the company."

"Make sure that you get the full scope of work prior to accepting a position with the company."
What don't you like about working at Massey Services?
"I have to crawl under homes and into attics to inspect each home. It is not that I am above that but it is just not what I want to do the rest of my career."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As a sales inspector we work on a draw. The turn over rate is very high. I suggest a base salary plus commission to retain employees."

"It is not just Terminix...all of the pest control companies are less the desirable on there treatment of employees."
What don't you like about working at Terminix?
"Bosses were very stupid and would follow the company line no matter what it was. Mid level management were as arrogant as you can get. They took the most successful commission sales person and cut his commission because he made more than they did. He quit and started his own Pest Control company, and he is now very successful!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire all of the managers, they bring down the company."

"I like selling."
What don't you like about working at Orkin Pest Control?
"I don't like night calls."

"Eliminate night calls."
