"Do your research. Take most of what is told with a grain of salt in relation to salary, schedule and advancing in the company."
What don't you like about working at Red Ventures?
"The compensation is inconsistent. Many decisions were made hastily without proper investigation. There were many empty promises made on a regular basis."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Close the gap between corporate and sales teams. Look before you leap when dealing with situations. Do not over promise and under deliver to employees."

"Management should be held to the same level (or better) of professionalism that non-upper level management employees are held to. They do not conduct themselves in this manner."

"I would suggest a revolving weekend day off to be able to live like a normal person. Beyond that, management I dealt with was great, and they helped me grow as an individual."
