What do you like about working at Ford Motor?
"I like the challenge to motivate myself and the rewards for my hard work. I like the organized but fast paced work environment."
What don't you like about working at Ford Motor?
"I don't like the negative psychology that is used to motivate the employees. I believe in positive encouragement as being more efficient in increasing productivity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Positive encouragement is more effective than negative feedback. Also, I suggest that in order for a manager to be respected the manager should give respect."

"I had a flexible schedule while working on another startup I have been involved with."

"The management have their own agendas. It probably would not jive with a business oriented job seeker."
What don't you like about working at enableTV?
"The management were not seasoned. They were a group of engineers. I enjoyed working with them however their business acumen was wanting..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company had a terrific COO that left shortly after I arrived. They needed to replace him. They ended up putting an engineer founder in his place. Too bad."

"It is a great company. I believe in the core values that the company is trying to achieve for the consumers."

"Just be yourself, and be able to express your vision for yourself and what you want to get from working with this company."

"Honestly, I liked everything when I was there. Great company. Too bad they had to reduce personnel, due to the economy."

"Help associates get better at their job every day, with great feedback sections for continuing development, and every day be a better asset for the company."
