What do you like about working at Morgan Stanley?
"The pace can be crazy, and the lulls are both predictable and perfectly timed to alleviate work tension. Also, I love developing relationships with people all over the world. It was also great to feel part of something that was constantly relevant to current world events."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be confident with all of your answers, be direct, and demonstrate that you are listening."
What don't you like about working at Morgan Stanley?
"When I first started, it was hard to get used to what I call bankerese, which is a habit of using as few words as possible to communicate. While I don't expect a short novel, I do appreciate having the basics expressed (e.g., general time of day that travel is preferred, who the desired participants are for a conference call, and specifying whether a meeting I am organizing is part of a roadshow, or an ad-hoc call). I found, though, that I got used to the language habits, and adapted fine."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend regular top-up training for all managers with direct reports. I mean, they should have mandatory annual courses on the human side of managing people. There are bi-annual courses for many regulatory issues, as there should be, but there is no focus whatsoever on human resources."

"Good environment and good people to be around with overall"

"Be straight forward with your responses and don't lie to interviewer."

"Don't see opportunity for growth and assistants are not involved in decision making"

"Get the Assistants more involved in meetings and group gatherings"

"Talking with guest everyday and being able to fullfill there needs. Buiding rapport, motivates, and provides support for customers . Its rewarding and exciting."

"Its a very fun place to work and definatly brings out the best in you. Just be yourself anf have fun."
What don't you like about working at Carvilles Auto Mart?
"I cant really say there is anything that I dont like. I find my job rewarding and wouldnt change anything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My managment team does an execptional job at what they they do. All customers would like to have faster service but buying a vehicle takes time, Especially to make sure we are giving them the best deal possible. Thats really the only thing I hear complaints about."

"Make sure to read the fine print. Make sure to take all of the rules very seriously. Even small actions can lead to huge repercussions."

"The media's reputation, as well as all of the employee lay-offs."

"Increased employee satisfaction, higher employee morale and motivation, improved organizational performance and effectiveness, and greater acceptance by employees of organizational change."

"I learned how to talk to new clients. Also, I learned about hard work."

"No, I think they did a great job. I really enjoyed my time at this company."

"It was a stable, growth company and a good work environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They should have more learning classes. I would have been happy to learn more about all the products."

"I enjoy being up to date on entertainment news and working on advertising programs"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure the job is something you really want and that you are not just taking it for a paycheck. AMI is a great place to work if you are in the right position."
What don't you like about working at American Media?
"Very stressful work environment. Not the correct field for me, but unfortunately I feel stuck doing a job that I am not passionate about and it shows. People here only care about themselves and only take into account when you screw up. A lot of corruption makes it an uncomfortable work enviroment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"do things to bring up the morale in the office. try to place people in different areas instead of just letting them go on the spot. caring more about employees and hiring people for the right reasons."
What do you like about working at Bottom Dollar Food?
"I like nothing about my job. Low pay. Minimal hours. schedualed to work 1 to 2 days per week. policy changes from day to day. Just took away our 10 minute paid break. part time benifits bad. No benifits at all for the first year. no extra pay for sundays. no extra pay for holidays. No over time pay for work over 8 hours. managers don't appreciate anything you do. Not even a hello when you come in."

"Don't inter view here. most of the people I work with have something to complain about."
What don't you like about working at Bottom Dollar Food?
"The pay and benifts are poor. managers are not friendly. store is miss managed. just ask the customers waitting on line or those looking for items on the shelves. Trying to get a refund or return something is very difficult."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Schedual more people to work. So there aren't 15 people waiting in line. Be pleasent and friendly to my employees. I whould show up on time. I would even be early. I would stay untill all my work was done or untill some one else could come in to releave me. I would make sure every employee gets their breaks and lunch on time. I would make sure new policys would be posted and have each employee sign a sheet so I would know who wasn't informed and inform them about new policys."

"I enjoyed the team effort aspect of completing jobs for clients."

"Work hard for your direct supervisor and you will be rewarded by them."
What don't you like about working at SmithCFI?
"The upper management was sometimes out of touch with the employees and their contributions to the company. Sales is not the career for me."

"I would spend more time within each department to see how things are actually done."
