"Management try to lead by fear, constantly micromanage and yell at employees. HR is a joke! IT is a joke and is used to spy on employees. There is no trust in employees and there is no respect."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get your head out of your backside and learn to treat employees with trust and respect. And stop running the place like a sweatshop."

"Decent Benefits, nice office space and some nice co-workers. Easy commute."

"Don't believe their promises and don't think you will have a life outside of work, because you will be working very long hours!"

"Micromanagement, constantly being yelled at, treated like a child, no respect and no professionalism and no job security."

"Take courses to improve your management and people skills and treat employee as adults not children."

"You get a lot of exposure to all types of projects. The employees are really nice. There are a lot of fun times. going to lunch everyday with my co-workers."

"They lowball everyone. They don't really pay overtime even though they say so."

What don't you like about working at Saiful/Bouquet?

"Working long hours/ overtime without any compensation or comp time. Feeling like you have no choice but to work the hours or your job may be in jeopardy. Being told that I am ungrateful for not appreciating the opprtunity that they've given me... at midnight."

"Manage. There seem to be a lack of managers really doing the managing."

"Some of the people were great, the benefits, paid parking, and the location and the holiday party but that was about it."

"Watch your back and don't trust the office manager because she tell the other employee's your personal info."

What don't you like about working at Saiful/Bouquet?

"The office manager was the payroll manager, human resource manager, and / controller so when you had a problem with her who would you go to to stand by you. She also told confidental or personal things to the other employee's. One person should not have all that power in a business."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To stop listen to other people and be a strong manager and stop trying to be friends with the employee's."
