"Their corporate management is the worst. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing almost all the time. The treatment of their employees is old-school and backwards."

"The opportunity to incorporate a new facility into the Saia network. The facility was part of an existing company that was purchased by Saia. I enjoy the challenge of getting the personnel into the new system."

"I feel it is best to work with existing personnel before making changes. Time invested in current personnel should be spent before making the change for new personnel."
