"I get the respect and to be able to stay busy during my shift."

What don't you like about working at Safeway?

"I do not like throwing people under the bus, however, from the district manager down to divisional store managers/asst, it seems that it's better to look good rather than be good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not ride one or two people because they'll do the job. Make everyone responsible for their own part. Reward workers and don't let the manager that is married in through the Denver president, to manage a store."
