Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Please know that if you are there to work for a sales position, the training is minimum and no Sales Managers take time to help you out. You are left to fend for yourself with your numbers and if you do not make your numbers, you are subjected to a barrage of calls from all managers, to explain over and over why you didn't make your numbers. Your comp plan changes quarterly. Drivers and Sales staff are in competition for the same sales at the same accounts. Your sales can be snaked by veteran sales associates if you are not savvy. Most sales associates do not last longer than 9 months."
What don't you like about working at Safety-Kleen?
"Uneducated staff, unprofessional attitude and behavior by managers, sexual harassment by most male employees towards female staff ( by my experience), micro-managing,"
