"Coworkers. Cross-talk is important and we depended on each other more so than some middle management."

"Think: 'Navy'. Many managers are former Navy officers and they are more agreeable to hearing about Navy porcesses"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the 'Navy Captain' mentality: ...my way or no way. Middle mgt sometimes fails to accept observations/suggestions from the people in the trenches."

"my position was a summer position offered to students in college or university. This company encouraged encouraged continuing education which was a good thing, and provided good learning experiences while tranvelling for work."

"Sometimes required to travel to and stay in remote places were many things available in the city were not."

"to look for additional roles that students can be mentored into in order to contribute to the future success of the company."
