"The people in manufacturing who are very nice and friendly and the opportunity to assist them with their HR problems, when they get injured to help them with their workers' compensation claims and to get the proper rehabilitation to get back to work in a comfortable way without fear of losing their job and without harassment from their supervisors. To provide employees with the right training and awareness to prevent injuries and with the safety gear to do their jobs more safely."
What don't you like about working at Avibank MFG?
"Supervisors not believing in safety and blaming employees for their own accidents. Lack of support from upper management in creating a safe and law-compliant safe environment. The sexual harassment of some supervisors and managers and the derogatory comments and discriminatory practices against Latinos. HR Director supports these practices and has information sources that provide inaccurate information. After working at Raytheon in Santa Barbara, where safety and environmental compliance was a matter of pride, it was very hard to ignore the deficiencies in safety and environmental practices at Avibank."
