"The company is built on teamwork. There is an attitude by all that we can be the best construction company in the trI state area if not a world wide leader in the business. My job is rewarding in that I am making a difference in people's lives Just knowing that I have a part in helping to save others from injury or even death is a very satisfying experience in my life."

"There is absolutely nothing I dislike about the company. The reason for my searching for other employment is the commuting distance and time."

"Keep focused on the task at hand and the direction of the future. Maintain a positive environment for all workers from the top to the bottom."

"I liked the flexibility. Aerotek managed my employment while I was billed out at 40 hours a week to my previous company, Applied Materials."

"Aerotek is a great place to handle employment if one is contracted out to another company."

"My position was only as secure as the contract with the billable client remained open."

"This company specalizes in recruiting talent from its competators, but cannot retain it due to working conditions and culture."

"ArcelorMittal is poorly managed, has conflicting cultures due to mergers and aqusitions, and does not effectively manage limited resources."

"Accountability for hourly and management. Establish fair and consistant rules of conduct, procedures, and work practices."
