"I love going to work and dealing with each person at the facility but it does not allow for the people working to advance because you must hold the job for 18 months before you can apply for the next position. The position paid $55,000 to start but it just seems as if I was always at work and they were requiring some Sundays. I left for a much better paid job."

"Allow employees to be more involved in decisions about how to get a project completed. Just because they are not in management doesn't mean they don't have great ideas."
