"Be professional. This is not a place that will react well to pink mohawks and lip piercings. It's OK to be who you are, but this is a conservative, banking industry employer."

"Things move very slowly at SAFECO. If you're used to a fast-paced development environment, with lots of work and new stuff all the time, SAFECO is not for you."

"Consolidate the workforce. Go paperless. See if you can get rid of that mainframe."

"The mismanagement from the CEO's running the company into the ground so that it had to resort to being acquired by Liberty Mutual."

"Acknowledge the hard work that your adjusters do everyday. Moral was driven to the ground and the employees were lied to about their job security only to fulfill upper managements quota."
