"I've worked for Galkos Construction/Safe Step Walk-in Tub company for a little over a year. The president is very secretive and not very straightforward or truthful. Not a good example. Great sales training, but no marketing plan. Nepotism runs rampant, business growth plan is non-existent. Great product. Great market. Poor marketing execution. Current Marketing Director has no degree and no real marketing training. Related to owner, which is her only marketable asset."
