"I worked as the Vehicle Chassis Team Leader for 2018-2019 team. I worked with my team on designed and manufactured a Mini Baja Car for intercollegiate competition. I used SolidWorks to design a Frame of the Baja Car that can fit one person with a high of 75 in. and a weight of 250 lbs, Then, I used ANSYS to do a FEM analysis of static and dynamic test to ensure the safety of the driver. The FEM static test was to ensure that the frame can withstand the weight of the car parts and the weight of the driver. The dynamic FEM test was to ensure the safety of the driver in a front, side, rear impact, and a rollover. An Engineering drawing was made to be used in the manufacturing process, the Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) system were used in the drawing."
