"There were many technical people that were in management positions, and they didn't make the best managers... I've found that technical people in a business capacity aren't very patient..."

"The company is now just making revenue targets attempting to hold EPS and prop the company up for sale."

"There are some great nuggets in this company. Don't become another SUN with great patents that are shelved continue to inspire people to execute and deliver great solutions."

"Really inteligent people and a great base of customers to work with. Teamwork was a big part of why S1 was so successful."

"24x7 nature of the job due to hosting of bank and insurance web sites. During upgrades, things could get a little stressful with resources and delivery of bug fixes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continually get rid of C players and try not to outsource staffing of most critical accounts. Customers don't like that, regardless of the price."
