"I enjoy my interaction with our customers, as well as the travel. Each work experience is different from the last because of the travel."

"You have to be very flexible and spontaneous. Schedules can change at anytime."

"I think they should be more forth coming with their employees about company situations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I just wish there was more consistency between departments. Sometimes these differences can either decide if a person will stay with the company or leave."

"The work varied from line work, hangar, engine build up, avionics program, B-checks(weekend heavy checks)"

"Great way to get started in heavy jet, immediate co-workers are great people."

What don't you like about working at Ryan International Airlines?

"Although well organized, the employees were treated very differently between shifts and caused some resentment. A large group hired in at the sametime, company policy would change to keep that group from getting extra benefits (4 week vacations ect.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Too many incharge. The outstation manager would change the focus of the base managers orders. supervisors didn't agree with the managers. Some managers took things personal."
