RxBenefits Employee

"I began work at RxBenefits at the very beginning of the pandemic, which caused a baptism by fire sort of training. I was given my book of business just 3 weeks after being hired and was presenting annual reviews not long after. The company, which is privately held, has found its niche or groove in working with brokers and consultants to bring them their mid-market clients. Many great people to work with and they’ve developed a highly user friendly knowledge base system."

"I worked remotely in San Diego, as the company’s campus was headquartered in Birmingham, AL. A majority of the people I worked with were excellent co-workers and they had one of the most user friendly knowledge bases I’ve seen."
