"Our company's business model is great in theory, but has a moderate amount of administrative concerns. My bottom line is that the end has to justify the means. In the past year, I have given at least as much to the company as I have received. I haven't yet determined whether this job holds the value needed to sustain my employment long term. I realize that growth requires flexibility and adjustment. I'm not sure though, whether I'm becoming an integral part of the company's framework, or if I'm merely seen as a warm body.
