"Reputation of Projects is good. Current work is good and will be published."

"do not work here. the reputation it has is worth it. people will tell you the hours are long....but the hours are long because of inefficiencies in the office structure not because the work is demanding."
What don't you like about working at Rafael Viñoly Architects?
"No one communicate. No heirarchy. Office is very uncomfortable from chairs, to desks, to being hot and dry, people are not friendly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop micromanaging projects and give people titles with responsibilities. Team meetings would be nice so everyone working on a project can know what is going on."
