We catered numerous Brides & Client's over the years with banner success. Never thought it was going to be as good as it was for so long a time. Gave me the creative ability to compose an unlimited amount of menu composition with solid operational execution. Food & Beverage is like second nature and ever changing. If I had to give myself a Marriott review it would be A+."
