"There are few things I didn't like about the company and one of the few is the way some managers handled the outsourcing."

"To some of the bad apples in the mgmt bunch I would say to be more upfront with their people."

"Until these middle managers are replaced - you will NEVER be appreciated for creativity and suggesting upgrading their standard to recognized high end world class standards like Six Sigma, ITIL or DFSS."

"ITIL implementation plan supervised directly by outside consultant - not anyone on current staff."
