"Expect to be treated unfairly. Your training pay is real good, but expect that it is going to go down drastically after the training period is over. Expect not to get any support from management. Also, any kind of break is discouraged, even your lunch break, you are expected to work through all breaks to get your work done, even during 90 degree days. Expect that you may not work several weeks between shifts."
