"Good stepping stone company as most any Run guy will tell you. Good thing is we hardly ever run out of work, more jobs than we have workers. Run is taking over companies like granite for G.E. Very good stepping stone but limited to your growth of knowledge other than typical maintenances. They don't want to train anyone on different style turbines, or let you relieve many certifications, they just keep you in the position of where you're not too knowledgeable and can't leave."
