"understand that because there are multiple clients, you won't work with most of the agency employees. there will be lots of people you won't ever meet or know. This can be a pro and a con depending on what you prefer."

"It's really a great place to work, you just need to know what you're looking for in terms of position and responsibilities. Be ready to learn from different teams as they have multiple clients, but also understand that due to mutiple clients, you won't work with most of the agency which can be a con if you're looking to work with a diverse group of people."
